** The Kent subsidy scheme is finishing at the end of March 2009. Subsidies claimed before then will be honoured until the end of June 2009. From April 2009 there will no subsidy available from Kent Council.**
A £30 financial incentive, payable in three instalments, is being offered to parents who join the scheme.
For parents who purchase their nappies from a nappy agent approved by Medway Council, the incentive is awarded at the time of purchase.
When nappies are bought from a retailer, a proof of purchase and validation form signed by a healthcare professional must be sent to the Waste Minimisation Team at Medway Council.
Validation forms are available from any of the 13 healthcare centres within Medway.
