The incentive scheme is currently waiting to hear about funding for the next 2 years and therefore is currently inactive.
However they still offer lending kits free of charge, which hold one of each of the most popular nappies on the market. The kits are loaned for a period of 2 weeks and hopefully at the end of the loan period they will want to continue the use of real nappies.
