Just wanted to say thanks for all your help . . . I`m so glad we made the switch and I can honestly say I just can`t believe I didn`t do it with either of the other two. We love our cloth nappies! (Even my husband will put them on her now).
I swear Charlotte is more comfortable in the cotton nappies, and there is something a bit special about all those bright white nappies on the washing line when the sun`s out (or maybe that`s just me).
Thanks again, Lucy |

What a fantastic service! Many thanks to Dee for her time spent with us, advising us on the best nappies for our baby. Not only did she give a great demo in our home but she always answered our queries via e-mail and over the phone promptly and with a huge knowledge of the products (she's a real nappy addict!!!) Our parcel of goodies arrived today, having only ordered them 3 days ago. I was really pleased to discover on opening my parcel there was no extra packaging to dispose of. I would not hesitate in recommending my friends and family use The Nappy Lady if they decide to use real nappies |

What an incredible service. MANY, MANY thanks to Wendy for all her help and advice. I have been recommending the service to everyone I know!
I am a foster carer so my needs are varied as I never know how many or what aged children I will be looking after. Wendy gave me superb advice on line and then talked me through various points and helped me with my order.

I thought I had a definate idea of which Nappies I wanted to use but after using your advice questionnaire I decided to follow the advice of my Nappy advisor, who suggested a cheaper option to the ones I thought I wanted! They have just arrived and are lovely! Thank you for an excellent service and for saving me a few extra pennies!! |

Through a internet search wen looking for real nappies |

Hi
I have been using real nappies since my order arrived from you when my son was 2 weeks old and I haven't looked back!
I noticed in those first 2 weeks before my order arrived the amount of extra rubbish we had with all the disposables in the bin, normally we had just 1 bin bag of rubbish a week in the first 2 weeks we had an extra bag of rubbish. Then when we started using the washables we were back to the 1 bin bag a week.
Now my Son is on solids I have noticed the difference in his nappies before the poo would have stuck to the fleece liner, now it doesn't stick to them which now saves me a bit of time.
Thank you Nappy Ladys for great support!

I just want to say Thank you so much for such a fantastic FREE service. I initially filled out the tailor made questionnaire, not realising the service that was offerred. I thought I would just get a reply and never imagined that such a great Nappy Lady would visit me and really listen to what I wanted from reusable nappies. My nappy lady 'Liz' is great I was so worried that she would turn up and be a real earth mother type but so far from it just the the type of person I needed to see to make me realise what I was doing was the right thing.
My little girl looks so gorgeous in her Bumble nappies and I have to tell everyone about them I just wish I had done it with my first daughter why did I think it would be a hassle when in fact it is anything but it is so easy and better for everyone and the environment. THANK YOU. |

Used you for advise in 2005 |

With number 2 on the way, we're once again looking at reusables. We were advised EasyPeasy Bimbles for our dd in 2005 and she's still in them (potty training very soon) now. However, just found Swaddlebees organic velour nappies today and I'm very tempted. Wondered if you might consider testing them (I'll volunteer!!) or have any comments about them. I recommend the Nappy Lady Advice service to everyone I meet :) Keep the good work up!! |

This is the first time I've come across this site and I found it really helpful - easy to navigate, useful information clearly laid out and straighforward comments from someone who knows what they are talking about. Thanks! I'm just about to send a link to my pregnant sister-in-law... |

I started using cloth nappies when my son was 3 months old. I looked into the minfield that is cloth nappies and was gently steered through it by TNL site. These days it's such a rarity to get good after care. The nappies are working very well and I'm not wiping my brow getting in a state over washing them etc. I wash every other day, I dry pail, put the mesh bag in the machine and they work their way out, they always clean beautifully, any soiled ones I blast off with shower head and soak for a bit in sanitiser. If my son decides to fill a freshly put on nappy, I simply remove liner and replace, if it were a disposable it would be in the bin keeping the other 9 million company. I feel quite confidant in my nappy system and have no qualms about being out and about with them either. If there is an incident I just bung it in bag and deal with it when i get home, no big deal.
Thank You all at Nappy lady! |
