Some people think I talk about nothing but nappies! It’s not true, I
do have other interests and other bees in my bonnet, so this is my
little section where I’m allowed to spout off about whatever I like (I
know, I do that on the rest of the website as well, but that’s about
nappies, this is different).
Anecdotes
Loads of these stories and articles float around on the internet, and most are barely worth reading. But these are ones which I particularly liked, and which are especially appropriate for parents. It’s light entertainment - just sit back and enjoy it.
Birth Stories
Another of my bugbears is this modern attitude that we are all patients needing drugs or c-sections to get through the trauma of childbirth. It simply isn’t true - having a baby is what women are physically designed to do. Yes, sometimes these things are needed, but ..... look, I’m getting into a rant already. Just take a look for yourself!

Toilet Training Stories
There`s no one way to do it. Send me your own story, if you like ... it might save another mother from going bonkers! (Yes, yes, I know you could argue that this section is about nappies as well, but where the heck would I put it in the rest of the website?). Using nappies is not the only way to teach a child about bladder control, and Infant Potty Training - or the more trendily entitled "Elimination Communication" (ECing) - is widely used in countries such as India.
