Bright Bots Trainer Pants are cotton terry pants in a Y-front design, in 7 colours . The centre portion has foam wadding over a plastic lining, hidden inside the cotton terry. Available in M (approx 18 months, slim build), L (approx 2 years, solid build to 3 years, slim build) and XL (approx 3 years, solid build).
Select your choice of colour in the comments section on your order: fire engine red, navy blue, emerald green, bright orange, bright yellow, dusky pink (a really nice one, not a Barbie pink) and deep purple. Designed to stop a flood if "caught short", they will not hold a full wee or withstand being sat on when wet. However, they will prevent trousers etc getting wet, if an accident happens on the way to the toilet.
These pants are really smart and most children love them, even when they no longer need to wear them. As such, they are a big incentive to toilet train.
If you find your child is not quite ready for them, they can be worn with your existing waterproof wrap or pant over the top, to protect furniture and carpets.
Perfect for the child who is basically dry but maybe prone to leaving the toilet dash to the last possible moment (or beyond!). Saves lots of changes of outer clothes.
Sizings on the Bright Bots are a little vague if in doubt go up a size.
Small - 12-16mths, Waist = 52cm, Height = 84cm
Medium - 2 - 2.5yrs slight build, Waist = 54cm, Height 92cm
Large - 2yrs chunky build or 3 year slight build, Waist = 55cm, Height 100cm
X-Large -2.5yrs chunky build Waist = 56cm, Height = 108cm
I have these to potty train my 25 month with, I do find I still get puddles even if changed immediately but this is possibly because she drinks loads! However my 12 month old has awful nappy rash at the moment and I've been using these on him to catch the wee. As they do smaller wees at this age I'm not getting any puddles (but am changing immediately) but find its airing his rash with minimal risk to my furnishings! He is a big 12 month old (98th centile height, 75th centile weight) but the large ones are fitting him just fine!

These have been great for late stage potty training, when you need a bit more reassurance that accidents will be minimised. Contrary to some comments they held most wees, and did hold a poo when she got caught short. Feel like 'real' pants, so good confidence boost too. Much better than pull up nappies!

Very good quality product, keep one accident, even two sometime. My son even did poo in it! No problem. I bought small size for my 25 month old son, he is skinny boy. Perfect fit. Only problem that my son doesn't care when it is wet! Very rarely he will point the accident
Have bought these for each of my boys since. They are a perfect size and have saved many a pair of trousers when potty training is still a steep learning curve. Worth every penny!
Pretty and ColourfulThese pants are colourful, absorb a leakage and let the toddler know (s)he's wet. My toddler was more likely to leak into these than normal pants, probably due to the feeling of padding.
I bought several pairs of these for potty training my son. They are really handy for when we go out in case of accidents they manage to contain little accidents but not a full wee. The bright colours are fab they are on the small size for my toddlers chunky legs though and he does struggle to pull them down in a hurry
these are comfy, easy to wash and like pants rather than training pants, only not giving perfect score as I would like them to have a little more absorbency, even though they are listed as not being the highest absorbency.
I purchased these in a range of funky colours for my son, who adores his "special pants", and loves choosing which colour to wear! They are well made and the invisible waterproof lining means there is plenty of time to get to the potty in case of accidents. Poo contaimnet is good too. They will not, however, hold an entire wee, so are best used during waking hours. I'm using these for daytime with the flip trainer pants for sleeptime/long journeys, I would highly recommend the two as a winning combination. My only criticism of the bright bots is that you can't wash at a high temp (the label says 20 though I am successfully washing them at 40 with only minimal shrinkage).
We bought these when my daughter started potty training, and have been brilliant! They look just like Big Girl Pants (we have some pink ones) but slightly more padded, and provide that little bit of reassurance for daytime naps and car journeys. I have found the hidden waterproof inner contains an accident very well - the outer is completely dry yet daughter knows she has done a wee.I found other training pants have a bit of extra absorbency but no waterproofing, so these stand out as being more practical. They are a little more bulky than pants/knickers and do crinkle slightly, but daughter is still convinced they are 'pants' not 'nappies' so evidently not a problem!Love these - great colours, great fit, well-made and contain surprisingly well when accidents do happen!
These saved our carpets from having constant puddles. He wears them when we go to play groups too so no more puddles there either. Made potty training far less stressful.
