Wrap Overview

Petit Lulu Classic Onesize Cover is a versatile wrap that can be used over many fitted/shaped nappies but also as part of the Petit Lulu Snap in All in Two system. 

The wrap is made of PUL which means it is waterproof but also breathable. Unlike other wraps we stock Petit Lulu covers come with a fleece hem/binding. The fleece binding is really soft against the skin so no marks on baby and is a great insulator so limiting leaks. 

These wraps are popular with families with very sensitive skin who want the softest of nappy cover bindings and ease of use but who maybe don't want the extra work of using wool covers.
 

Fastening

The wrap fastens with poppers which gives you the most secure and long lasting closure.

The poppers are underlaid by suedecloth to prolong the product lifespan, give better performance and is soft for baby.

Sizing

Fits 5-16kgs (12-35lbs).

The length of the nappy is altered by poppers on the body of the wrap to make it shorter.

To use with

Petit Lulu Classic Cover + Petit Lulu Classic Insert Set = Petit Lulu SIO Complete

If you are using the wrap as a Petit Lulu snap in two system then you secure the Petit Lulu Classic Insert set Inside the wrap using the popper inside the wrap. If you're using the cover as part of a snap in system at nappy changes you just change the insert and reuse the cover. Generally you'd be able to use the cover twice as an "all in" system before it needs changing as well.

If using the wrap as over a fitted/shaped nappy then you will change the wrap approx every 2 - 4 nappy changes.

Care & Warranty

Petit Lulu Care Guide

  • Prewash nappy twice before first use. It can take 6-10 washes to reach full absorbency
  • Dry pail do not soak nappies or covers
  • Wash every 2-3 days
  • Do not overload your washing machine or nappies will not get washed sufficiently
  • Wash with standard baby washing detergent. Not eco-friendly soap as often does not sufficiently wash nappies
  • No harsh stain removers or bleach.
  • No fabric softeners. They will reduce absorbency.
  • Wash no lower than 60 degrees.
  • Waterproof covers should not be spin-dried at more than 1000RPM
  • Line dry or tumble dry inserts on cool only if necessary as it will shorten the life of the product
  • Never tumble dry the waterproof covers
  • If using a nappy cream always use a nappy liner - ideally a disposable paper liner.

Petit Lulu offer a 24 month warranty from date of purchase not date of first use. Petit Lulu don’t accept claims due to stains, improper care or when simply worn out.  If you believe you have a faulty product please email us at The Nappy Lady with details of the problem and photos, Plus full details of your washing methods.

Petit Lulu warranty covers:

  • seams
  • snaps (poppers)
  • hook & Loop
  • elastic


Read their washing recommendations carefully as from our experience claims are frequently rejected and at The Nappy Lady we have really had to fight on behalf of our customers but we are not always successful.

Your warranty will be VOID if:

  • You washed BELOW 60°C
  • if you use Bleach
  • If you use Softener
  • If you use Eco-detergent as they aren't strong enough
  • If you overload your machine
  • If you use too much detergent
  • If covers or waterproof layers are spun greater than 1000rpm
  • If frequently tumbled dried or tumbled dried on high
  • If covers/waterproof layers are dried on a direct heat source such as a radiator
  • If you soaked your nappies
  • If left for more than 2-3 days before washing


Petit Lulu's decision on any warranty claim is final.

Love these! The prints are lovely and they’ve been working wonders for us with zero leaks and no sock marks! We changed to these after many failed attempts at using wool.

Really good quality covers

After 7 years using Little Lamb covers, I found size 2 not big enough for my toddler's bum and hips. These do the trick and have the added benefit of having lovely soft seams. Plus poppers rather than velcro. Really pleased with them

We love this cover. The soft edges are fantastic with no marks/ redness on babies skin. We worried they might detract from function of waterproof cover but they don’t. Very happy.

This is my favourite day wrap to go to. We use cotton muslins,never had any leaks.I just love no marks on my baby's skin. However I think it probably wouldn't cover the night nappy.

Almost outgrown at 8 months

I really liked these at first because the soft gussets made them a great nighttime option. However, Ms marshmallow thighs has almost outgrown them. She is on the last thigh popper when over an insert but the belly is quite gappy. So now I only reach for these in emergencies.

Leak Proof at Night Time

Bought these as the bombproof little lamb wraps were letting leaks and poops out overnight as my little one (now 6 months) got bigger. I use these with a bamboo nappy, a booster and a pocket booster and it contains it all nicely and no leaks.

Feels great quality and the felt is really comfy too, expensive but worth the money definitely!

Great Wrap

We tried this as we needed a few more wraps for a 16mo and airflows were out of stock. They're great! The fleece binding appears bulky but once on it's fine and doesn't leave marks like many wraps do. It's been used daytime and nighttime with no leaks. The only downside is drying time for a wrap - as they're such good quality with a relatively large lining layer it takes a while to dry between the 2.

Softest wrap I’ve ever had!

The edges of this wrap are soft felt like fabric which are so soft! They have also contained my Petit Lulu Organic night nappies with no leaks with my heavy wetter. No legs marks due to the soft fabric edging.
My only concern would be if you have a tall/long child the gusset would not come up high enough. Currently using on my 18 month old average child on full gusset but on middle setting on the waist.

Lovely Soft Wrap

I bought this wrap for my newborn to mainly use overnight. The fleece around the legs and body are so soft and don't leave any marks on baby.
We're already on the middle rise (she's 3 months, fairly skinny legs but long body) so not sure how long it'll last for, especially when night nappies are boosted.

Love these wraps!

We now have five of these wraps and I absolutely love them. We use them with prefolds in the day and shaped petit lulu nappies at night for our five month old son. The cuffs are lovely and soft on his skin and don't leave any red marks. He is exclusively breastfed and even if poo gets passed a prefold, these wraps contain it. We haven't had a single leak. I'm also super pleased that they will be with him right through to potty training, just got to resist the temptation to keep buying them in more prints...

No more red marks

I bought this wrap to see if it would not make red marks on my daughter's thighs and it really didn't. We used it over cotton terries with a booster at night and no red marks in the morning compared to the old nature babies wrap that we have. Easily our favourite wrap right now.

New to this style of wrap and so so happy with it it’s gorgeous, comfortable and fits great over our little lamb fitted nappies. Couldn’t be happier with it highly recommend.

Love these covers, not only are the prints beautiful... I need them all! But they are a lovelt fit and the fleece cuffs are not only leakproof so far but also gentler on my little ones skin compared to other covers we have. Highly recommend these
