Compact Wee'UN Overview
Big adventures can happen even in small spaces with the Compact Wee’UN – a slimmed down, lightweight version of our bestselling triangle frame.
Rosie says: “25% slimmer when folded and 15% lighter than our standard Wee’UN triangle, the Compact Wee’UN is made with the same chunky rails, making it easy for small hands to grip and gentle on little feet as they climb.”
Climbing is just one function of the Wee’UN – it can also be a baby gym, tunnel, a bridge, a tepee, a den…the possibilities are endless and the Wee’UN will grow with your child for years and years of fun!
Rosie says: “Wee’un is how we say ‘wee one’ in Northern Ireland when we refer to a child, so it seemed like the perfect name for our first ever activity frame! The Wee’UN is suitable from birth. It’s ideal to use as a sensory gym for newborn babies, progressing to a fun tunnel for sitters and crawlers, and a fantastic support for little ones as they find their feet, pulling up to stand and then cruising along!”
The Compact Wee’UN is designed to grow with your child from birth – it’s ideal to use as a sensory gym for newborn babies, progressing to a fun tunnel for sitters and crawlers, and a fantastic support for little ones as they find their feet, pulling up to stand and then cruising along!
As your child develops, the Compact Wee’UN helps develop their gross motor skills by supporting dynamic yet safe physical movement, building your child’s confidence as they get to grips with climbing.
The Compact Wee’UN’s single rung top provides a stable, central point that helps your child balance as they progress towards getting up and over the top – an achievement that boosts their confidence whether it’s for the first or the 100th time!
The self-supporting frame is super strong – it’s been tested to hold a whopping 250kg! When it’s not in use, simply remove the knobs, fold flat – this means it can be stored anywhere, or even hung on the wall!

We never tire of seeing the joy on little ones’ faces when they master a new skill such as cruising or climbing, and our toys are designed to help them grow in both physical ability and confidence, while having the best fun ever!
Environmental values are at the heart of everything we do. We’re passionate about safeguarding our planet for future generations and therefore we hold ourselves and our suppliers to high standards on sustainability. All our timber is sourced from FSC or PEFC certified suppliers. We work hard to ensure that we generate minimal wastage during the manufacturing process, and any offcuts we do create are recycled. We also use planet-friendly, water-based paints and we ship our products in recycled cardboard boxes with no plastic packaging, using carbon neutral courier services where possible.
Giving back to the planet
As well as sourcing all our timber from sustainable forestry sources, we’re giving back to the planet through our partnership with Just One Tree – which means that for every sale of our Wee’UN, Finn, Slide and Tearmann, a tree is planted.
