Wendy's Sun Zapper Story

WOW do I absolutely LOVE the Sun Zapper Zinc Sticks. Since I discovered them last summer i've made it my mission to bring them into The Nappy Lady family's product range. This is my story.

My children have inherited their father's skin tone and they naturally tan very easily even when wearing SPF 50+ sun cream. I'm often been asked if we've been away over Easter as they pick up colour just by playing outside in the garden in the UK spring.  Even though they tan easily I've always been very careful with the children's skin protection, i'm naturally fair and burn easily so we only ever have SPF 50+ sun cream in our home.  Even though our daughter tans easily she has always struggled with sun burn on her beautiful high cheek bones.  Even with a 50+ suncream her cheeks will burn or at least be a little red from a UK summer's day and going abroad it's proved near impossible to stop the burning. I thought about the Australian cricketers and how they always had the sun block on their cheeks and knew that's what we needed but I found it very hard to find what I wanted until I discovered Sun Zapper. Sun Zapper is exactly what we needed. It comes in a stick, glides on wherever you want it and quite simply stops her burning. 

Last summer we had a pool holiday and along with sun cream she started wearing the skin tone Sun Zapper stick on her cheeks and I proudly wore purple on my shoulders.... no burning!  A few days into the holiday she had moved away from the skin tone colour for pool days as she preferred the colours as she could easily tell if it needed applying again after being in the water.  Families around the pool were asking us about the product and taking it's details. It totally transformed our holiday, she was able to play happily in the pool without worrying about burning, no sore peeling. 

A few weeks later she went off to Scout Camp with her colourful zinc sun protection sticks.  We have brilliant photos of the entire troup with their faces with coloured streaks as they all borrowed her sticks on the two very sunny days they had at the coast!
