The Bamboozle Pad is made of Bamboo with a core of microfibre to speed drying. The bamboo fabric is the same as you find in the incredibly popular and long term best seller Bamboozle nappies.

Each Bamboozle Pad consists of two separate pads which can be used separately or poppered together for an older child or for more absorbency. The Bamboozle inserts securely popper into the Bamboozle wrap so they can’t move around.

Bamboozle inserts are officially designed to be used in Bamboozle wraps however we believe they will make fabulous boosters for the bamboozle shaped nappy for night time. The poppers on the Bamboozle Pads are at the same positions as poppers in the Bamboozle shaped nappy so they can be easily snapped inside for nights.

You could also use the Bamboozle Pads as boosters in any other night time nappy but loose without securing with the poppers. They would also fit into pocket nappies or all in ones.

We sell Bamboozle Pads separately on this page or you can buy them in a combined package with the wraps.

Tots Bots Care Guide

  • Prewash nappy twice before first use. Nappy will reach full absorency after approximately 10 washes.
  • Wash dark colours separately
  • Wash with non-bio powder or TotsBots Potion
  • No harsh stain removers or bleach. They may cause irritation and can damage the waterproof membrane
  • Don't use pastes of nappy powder directly applied to nappies as this is too concentrated.
  • No fabric softeners. They will reduce absorbency.
  • Max wash temperature 60 degrees.
  • Ideally line dry or tumble dry on cool.
  • If using a nappy cream always use a nappy liner - ideally a disposable paper liner.

Full Tots Bots Washing Instructions can be found on the manufactures website here.

Tots Bots Warranty

Tots Bots offers a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing faults. The 1 year guarantee starts from when the item was purchased, not first used. If you believe you have an item with a manufacturing fault, you will need to contact us with details and photos of the fault. We will confirm your purchase date from our records. TotsBots may require the items to be inspected before a warranty decision is made, we will inform you if this is required in your case.  TotsBots warranty decision is final.

Tots Bots Warranty is VOID when:

  • Using harsh stain removers, biological detergents or bleaching
  • Boil washing
  • Continually tumble drying on a warm or hot heat, or directly on radiators or similar
  • Adding vinegar or sodium bicarbonate to the wash

Excessive laundering can destroy elastic, destroy the water repellency, make the fabric go bald, reduce the performance of your nappies, drastically reduce the lifespan and will render your guarantee void.

The use of Tots Bots Potion detergent is recommended but not required for warranty coverage.

Tots Bots' decision on any warranty claim is final. Full details can be found on their site here.

Husbands favourites.
Thursday, 29 October 2020  |

Totsbots was the first brand of nappies that we tried and Iíve found them to do exactly what they say on the tin. Weíve had the odd leak but generally they are really reliable. My husband loves the peenut system and along with Totsbots AIO, heíll always reach for these.
Pads have obviously gotten more absorbent the more theyíve been used but I did find that my daughter always needed both pads together as sheís a heavy wetter. Sheís 11 weeks now so I do worry that these perhaps wonít last her as long as I would like before we start getting leaks but we havenít crossed that bridge yet.
The peenut wraps are lovely and providing they are clean and dry can be reused by just changing the peenut pads making them more financially friendly. They arenít bulky either, something that puts me off with some nappies. A firm, reliable fave in our nappy stash.
Excellent service from TNL as always.

great!

pads are great, but will take a few washes to get to better absorbency. Take a long time to dry inside which is why I didn't give full stars. dry much more quickly outside when possible.

Peanuts a great easy system
Sunday, 12 July 2020  |

was using easy fits for nursery as the perfer the tab fastenings, but little boy was out wetting them within 1Ĺ hours or they where wicking badly, so, decided to give these peanuts a go, they are great will go for 3 hours easily I dare say 4plus hours but generally would never leave him that long, they dry quickly, are simple to change and less in the nappy wash pile too as on average use one wrap to 3 sets of pads... in all, very absorbant and quick drying too

OK

I brought these a month ago on recommendation from The Nappy Lady. I love the Peenut system, it is easy to use and relatively slimline which is great for my 3 month old.
The pads themselves are not as thick as I expected and seem to only be bamboo on the outside, the inside is microfibre, this doesnít seem to be on the description of the pads , unless I missed it somewhere. I have washed and dried them a lot now (by the instructions) and iím a little dissappointed at the finish of the pads. The overlocking around the edges is loose on all the pads and is coming away in little threads, the poppers are a little loose on some of them and one came off (pad was replaced by Nappy lady with no issues).
I donít know if itís just my baby but with both the Ďday to nightí pads in the nappy she soaks them in an hour, leading to leaks, meaning I have to change her frequently. If she has a nap she wriggles around a lot and the wet pools at the back of the pad. If sheís soaking them at 3 months I have no idea if they will work at all when sheís a toddler!
Itís a shame the stitching quality isnít better. As iím not sure they will last very long.

Good slim nappy.
Tuesday, 28 April 2020  |

These in the peenut wrap are a lovely slim line nappy with lovely prints. These were my favorite from 6weeks - 9 months old. Since then I've had to boost with an additional triple layer insert to get 3 hours. I still am happy with them but i wouldn't say they are my most reliable.

Good pads

Iím not a massive fan of the peenut nappy system if Iím honest, but I like the pads either to use as boosters in other nappies, or to pop into my bamboozle nappy 😊

Reliably absorbent!
Thursday, 2 January 2020  |

These are great - I often use them separately - the small one during the day for my 9 month old and then the large one added as a booster to a terry towel / mother ease wrap system.
I dry them on a heated rail and take 24hours.

Does the job but messy
Wednesday, 27 November 2019  |

I got some peenut wraps to try with the bamboozle stretchies overnight for my 6 month old, and got some of these peenut pads at the same time. They are extremely easy to use with the wraps and the large pad lasted me a good three hours before it was saturated. However they get very messy with number two's and containment isn't great. I've ended up using these pads as boosters in my overnight nappies rather than as a daytime system and to that purpose they work very well. They are also quite compact in nappy bags so useful for being out and about, and they aren't bulky on baby.

Economical and easy system
Thursday, 31 October 2019  |

Love these combined with Peenut wrap for daytime use. Absorbent and fast drying plus it hasnít cost the earth to buy enough to last between washes. A bit faffy when youíre out and about but you can get around that with more wraps or having some AIOs/pockets as part of your selection too. I love that these are UK made and environmentally conscious too.

Excellent boosters
Wednesday, 16 October 2019  |

I really like the absorbency of these. They don't take too long to dry and I use them as boosters in various different nappies and they seem absorbent. Although personally I probably wouldn't use them in just a wrap.

Soft, absorbent and not too bulky
Tuesday, 2 July 2019  |

New to reusable nappies and was recommended the Peenut wrap and nappies from the advice questionnaire. I was very nervous about trying cloth nappies but I really wanted to give them a go. I'm so glad I did! The wrap and nappies fit our 8 month old perfectly. We have not had any leeks, day or night. So simple to use and to wash, which was another concern of mine. I think the designs are really cute as well! Our little one is quite long and average weight. I think she is an average wetter as well.

We use the Peenut nappy and wrap during the day with a fleece liner. At night we use the Bamboozle nappy and fleece liner with the Peenut wrap. No leeks and my baby's sensitive skin seems much happier since switching to these! Happy baby, happy Mum!

Very absorbent, bit bulky
Wednesday, 27 March 2019  |

I'm very new to washable nappies and still trying to figure out the best way forward. The pee-nut inserts are very absorbent, but you definitely need to stay on top of nappy changes to avoid a leakage...or maybe my little girl just wees a lot?! When you use the two layers together, it is very bulky on a newborn bum. They clean up well being washed at 60 with non-bio detergent, which is great! They do take a while to dry.

Good all rounder
Monday, 25 December 2017  |

Makes Peenut system more affordable by needing less wraps. Pads dry quicker than totsbot easyfits. Very absorbent for daytime but never used for nightime. Took one star off as temd to leak out onto wrap for poo but so far has never leaked out of wrap. Need about 5 washes at least to get better absorbency. Not sure how fit will be later on as seem to be just right at 8 kg so may not be great for very long or chunky babies

Fabulous booster
Thursday, 29 December 2016  |

I bought these to use as boosters with our bamboozle night-time nappies. They work fantastically! I find it's very useful that the poppers on these pads line up perfectly with the poppers on the bamboozle nappies. Makes a very versatile combination.

Simple to use
Tuesday, 13 September 2016  |

The PeeNut pads have been ok so far. They are very simple to use but there always feels like moment of jeopardy when I swap over the insert!

I do not find them as absorbent as the inserts of other wraps but seem comfortable. They are slow drying even in the current hot weather.

A true birth to potty nappy system, right size and absorbent enough for my 2 years old (used with a booster for piece of mind). Excellent price from the nappy lady (best online price I have seen). Really chuffed
