Poppets cloth wipe solution is a simple and ease to make cleaning solution for your reusable wipes that leaves your wipes luxuriously soft. Poppets cloth wipe solution create a beautifully fragranced and eco friendly solution for reusable washable wipes.

Poppets natural wipe solution contains natural ingredients, allergen free fragrance and cruelty free. You'll never want to use anything else on your reusable wipes. They will become your go to solution for reusable wipes.

Poppets cloth wipe solution also helps to soften your wipes water, which is incredibly helpful if you live in a hard water area and find your reusable wipes have gone harder over time.

You will need

  • A clean sealable tub to fill with your chosen wipes
  • Reusable wipes,
  • Measuring jug and spoon
  • A kettle of freshly boiled water
  • A Poppet

How to Make Your Poppets Solution

  • One Poppet will make up to 1 litre of solution which is enough for 25-30 wipes. If making up less solution, use half a Poppet or keep it whole.
     
  • Add one Poppet to 1 litre of freshly boiled water into your measuring jug. 
     
  • Allow to dissolve for 30 seconds, then stir well until the water turns a milky colour.
     
  • Pour the solution into your clean tub of your chosen wipes. They should be covered and damp to the touch, but not too wet.  Any left over solution can be poured into a bottle once cool for use out and about.
 

Poppets cloth wipe solution is certified safe to use for a baby from 1 month old.  For a baby younger than this, it's always best to use plain water.

Poppets Baby Care Guide

Shake any solids into the toilet after each change. Store in a dry pail. Wash at 40 or 60 degrees.

No bleach or softener.

Air dry away from direct heat.

Inserts can be tumble dried on low.

Warranty

Poppets Baby offer a 12 months manufacturing warranty against defects on their cloth nappies, so long as they have been subject to reasonable use. The warranty extends to all aspects of the nappy, such as fastenings, elastics and PUL.

Please ensure you carry out the individual care and washing instructions, failure to do so will result in the warranties becoming void.

What a melon is hands down my favourite scent of the cloth wipes solution having tried a few now. It smells incredible and so fresh. The poppets cloth wipes solutions are really easy to use and make up and smells great for days

Lovely smell and easy to use. The solution feels nice and gentle on the skin too. My only difficulty is that as one poppet can make 400-1000ml of solution it becomes very strong at the lower end, but this could be solved by making up more and storing it for the next batch.

I'd told myself that I wouldn't need any of these fancy wipe solutions for my washable wipes and that using plain water would be absolutely fine. Well, I decided to try a pack of Poppets (just to try and understand the hype) and now I can't imagine not using them! They smell absolutely beautiful and seem to help moisturise my baby's skin without causing any irritation whatsoever. I look forward to opening my wipe box and smelling the gorgeous fragrance at every nappy change! I definitely love the larger 40 packs, so I'm not having to order and spend on delivery so often. I have already raved about them to my friends and family, whether they use washable wipes or not! They're amazing

We are long term cloth users and have always used plain water and wet our wipes when we needed them. I’d heard rave reviews of Poppets and was keen to try them and to support a lovely independent start up company!
I love them, total convert and now I always make up a full box of wet wipes, has made life easier. Yes you could just use plain water (or boiling water to keep the wipes fresher for longer) but poppets have such good moisturising qualities and smell amazing! I love the sugar crush, it’s like you’re in a sweet shop. I thought I’d love the original too as I love lavender but it smells a bit soapy to me. Keen to try the other new scents on my next purchase.

Lovely fresh smell and no residue!

We used plain water for a long time on baby’s bum but I wanted to try something different. Poppets dissolve evenly and well in boiling water (needs to be hot) without any bits and don’t leave a residue. Leaves skin lovely and soft, and smelling fresh. We change roughly every 2 days and it stays fresh in that time.

The sugar crush is lovely but very very sweet smelling - like childrens sweeties. Not the most natural scents but fun!

Original is a lovely lavender calming scent. Nice for relaxing nappy changes.

Wishes - the limited edition Christmas smell is a mix of fruity and spicy almost. It smells wintery somehow! A bit more mature smelling than sugar crush.
