Bamboo Fabric

Bamboo fabric is continuely the eco nappy fabric parents regularly request and has been for nearly 20 years. Bamboo is gentle on baby skin with it's incredible moisture absorbing properties. It is claimed bamboo has natural antibacterial properties

Due to it's fabulous breathability it's ideal for hot and humid days and climates. Bamboo reaches it's full absorbency after around 8 washes but two preshes is enough before first use.

Bamboo does not contain any toxic chemicals.

Bamboo Nappy Boosters

Many brands of bamboo eco nappies also make super soft bamboo nappy boosters which are made of bamboo layers. Ideal for a heavy wetter or additional night time absorbency.

Nappy Liners

Bamboo fabric does not keep baby's skin dry as it doesn't provide a stay dry layer. You will either use a disposable liner or a fleece liner inside the bamboo nappy. Some nappies such as the Bambeasy have an inner lining of fleece built into the nappy to keep baby dry.

Disposable nappy liners are made of biodegradable materials.
