I bought these to add extra absorbancy to disposable nappies at night-time. They work perfectly and I've had very few leakages since (those we did have were due to wonky nappies). Much improved design since the last time I bought these back in 2019/2020. Really pleased. They seem expensive but are well worth it for a good night's sleep!

These boosters were recommended after completing the questionnaire and I can see why. They are very absorbant, and much thinner than the mother ease Sandy's stay dry boosters, (which I initally tried to avoid having to use a fleece liner) so they don't bulk out the nappy anywhere near as much making them so much better for folding in half to add extra absorbabcy at the front of the nappy for my little boy. Over night I now use 2 of these boosters, one folded in half at the front, with a tots bots bamboozle, or a bumble and a mother ease airflow wrap, and manage 12 hours without a leak.

These boosters add absorbency but they are a bit stiff for my 12 week old baby, I feel like they really push his legs apart and restrict him from straightening his legs. I'd use something softer for little ones

We have been having trouble with nappy leakage (we use disposables), which was waking our little boy (5months old) up in the night. Anyone with a baby knows that sleep is gold dust, and I was looking at a very expensive nappy which was reviewed as being a very good absorbent night nappy, and I contacted The Nappy Lady as I had some questions about it. After explaining the situation, this product was suggested instead. Given the bargain price of this product, we saved far more money going for this than the other product. This has also helped a bit with the overnight leakage as well, although the initial usage was a bit hit and miss with the learning curve of how best to position it/fold it inside the disposable nappy. We used the click and collect service, which was extremely straight forward, and I met friendly and efficient staff who found my order straight away. Really pleased, thank you!

Perfect booster for pocket nappies when used with a faster absorbent booster such as cotton or microfibre. They are very slim, which was an initial concern.
This booster catches the leaks and enables my 4 month old to stay dry for up to 4 hours, unlike in disposables when he leaks through them!
Definitely worth purchasing when looking for a thin super absorbent booster for your reusable nappies.

I use these at night time in addition to my Bamboozle Stretch nappies. I usually fold one in half and pop it in the front of my baby boy's nappy, or between the nappy and the wrap. They're not super thick, so they don't add too much bulk but they definitely help to absorb more pee overnight or while travelling. They wash and dry really well every time - either in the tumble dryer or on the line (they do take a long time to dry on the line though). I'm glad that I bought a few of these as part of my original nappy setup. If I hadn't bought them to begin with, I'd have definitely ended up buying some further down the line as my baby started to do bigger pees!

These are a nice booster. Lovely shape & soft feel. I’m not as keen using these over night as other hemp boosters as I don’t find they absorb as much for my wetter but we’ve never had any leaks.

Bought this for our (then) two month old who is a heavy wetter. It's a large pad that fits best inside a Terry nappy. Can also squeeze into a Little Lamb shaped nappy and as a single pad inside Mother-ease Wizard nappies. Doesn't work well in anything bulkier as it is a very long and thick booster pad.
4/5 stars simply as if doesn't stay soft and fat after careful washing/drying. The hemp feels rough to touch (we are in a hard water area).We use a fleece liner between the booster and baby's skin, to prevent chafing.

Find the shape of these works really well for my little boy when folded to give extra absorbency at the front for night time and they wash and dry well. I have tried a few different boosters as I am just starting out with cloth nappies and will be back to buy more of these - another great TNL recommendation!

These boosters do what they're meant to do. I've been using them for a while now and they've held up great. They get a bit hard after several washings, but that's expected with hemp. They are really absorbent and work well for my big wetter.

I do love these boosters, they are super absorbent but can feel rough to the touch after a few uses ( I would recommended placing a fleece liner on top for comfort). I mainly use them at night with my totsbots bamboozle stretch nappies, which allows my daughter to sleep comfortably for up to 12 hours close. A downfall for these boosters is they take a very long time to dry (two to three days on my airier), but this can only be expected.

I’m using these boosters with my newborn (she is now 8 weeks) at night. She has very wet nappies and can sleep around 6 hours straight so I use these as a precaution. They take a while to fully dry after being washed but that just shows how absorbent they are.

These have stopped all the leaks we were having with our peenut pads. We were struggling with multiple leaks daily so I used the Nappy Lady advice service The advisor was very thorough and helpful.
They are nice and slim for boosting and do a great job without making the nappy bulky. The only reason I have taken a star off is that they tend to dry quite hard. To be fair, my baby doesn't seem bothered and I use a fleece liner on top anyway.
Really good booster, especially as it can be used on top of pads, not just inside a fitted nappy.

I slip this booster into a pocket nappy, really great absorbancy and not bulky. It dries much quicker than bamboo boosters and I feel it gives me just as much absorbancy. Really pleased.

I bought these in conjunction with the motherease wraps as a two pronged attack on stopping significant leaks at night. They are incredibly absorbent and the leaks have stopped so I can recommend them!

I will admit I was on the fence about whether these were worth the cost, as I have a large stash of various other boosters. Well. They are. They are slim, soft, don't curl around the edges (!!!) and even fit into my newborn sized nappies. I will be buying more of these.

These have been excellent for my LO, who is a heavy wetter and tends to flood. I fold in half and place at the front of the pocket under a bamboo booster and this will last 3-4 hours. These need quite a bit of washing to reach absorbency and need a good rub together after washing to soften them up but are so thin and effective!

Most of my stash is blueberry simplex and these fit in them nicely. I don’t have a massively heavy wetter so can’t comment too much on absorbency as all our boosters give us as long as we would leave it before the next change.

My little one sleeps from 9.30pm until 8am and the only reason I'd wake him in the night would be to change his nappy, which seemed to me a bit insane. Enter the Bum Booster!
I put it on a Little Lamb bamboo or Sandy's nappy with a bamboo booster over the Bum Booster (since many have commented how slowly it absorbs and then can cause leaks).
This makes the nappy last all night. With the right covers there has been no leak whatsoever.
I'm not sure if this is recommended but it certainly helps all of us sleep more soundly.
The Bum Booster is a wonderful addition and really can get soaked. 5*

Really impressed with this booster. I have a few second hand hemp ones which I like so thought we’d try this one. It is great in every way. Super absorbent, stays soft with washing and fits really well due to its shape, even when using with my 4 week old baby. Will add more to our collection in time.

They do absorb a lot of liquid but maybe slowly because without an additional bamboo or other insert we found ours leaked when used at night so suggest using in combination with another material booster/nappy

These are really slim boosters to add extra absorbency to any nappy. Whilst slow drying, these inserts are perfect to boost any nappy and can folded 2/3 times to place where ever is needed in the nappies

Can hold a lot of pee. With no tumble dryer it dries inside or outside initially very very slowly but after a while it dries faster. A bit pricy for a single booster but excellent product.

Ordered these to boost my bamboozle nighttime nappies. They are super absorbent for my 6 month heavy wetter. They go stiff once dry but that doesn’t matter as they aren’t next to baby’s skin and soon loosen once they are wet with wee! Look great quality so I’ll expect them to last well.

Since reaching their full absorbancy we have not had one single night leak with these boosters. We fold in half and place at the front for our heavy wetting boy. They have shrunk in the wash as with all hemp, but they hold their shape well and dry more quickly than our bamboo boosters. Have bought more as we love them so much.

Great booster, very absorbent and has enabled us to do cloth overnight. I use it with a Bamboozle, Bambinex triple booster and fleece liner inside, and then this hemp booster between nappy and a motherease rikki/airflow wrap. Works! Dries pretty quickly as well, dry in 1 day if sunny, 2 days if not. I got 3 boosters and that just about gets us through, washing every other day. Could do with 1 more to be honest!

These are extremely absorbent boosters and amazingly slim. I combine them with a Baba and Boo bamboo insert and this easily gives us 2.5 hours plus for our 7 month old. They are nicely shaped and very slim so can be added to Wizard Uno and Little LoveBum type AIO nappies for extra absorbency.

so sorry to hear you've not got on well with these boosters. Being hemp they won't reach their maximum absorbency until 10 washes. Hemp contains lots of natural oils in them, as this washes out they become more absorbent and not as soft.

Using these with a Tots Bots Bamboozle, as our 7 month old had started to have leaks at night. They've solved the issue. I really like the shape, it fits easily between LO's legs and they dry quicker than the Bamboozle bamboo booster.
