I'd read my personalised recommendations (after filling in the questionnaire) ahead of the Zoom call, so I felt I already knew a lot. But having Sarah demo the different kinds of nappies live was so helpful in reinforcing the newly acquired knowledge. I only had a couple of questions and it was nice to be able to get immediate answers.

This demo provided a really good summary of the different types of reusable nappy on the market. We were shown examples of each, how to use them and what the pros and cons were. I'd completed the Nappy Lady questionnaire in advance so they were also able to show me the nappies that they'd recommend based on my response. The demonstrator was experienced and well able to answer all of our questions.

Personalised and patient. Really helpful advice and answered all questions thoroughly. Highly recommend the zoom session and will let you know how products are once we start using them on our little one

Our demo with Imogen was excellent, she talked us through all the options and recommendations from our questionnaire and helped us select nappies to suit our needs and budget. I found the demonstration zoom so helpful - Imogen was so clear in her descriptions of each type of nappy and in demonstrating how they are used, and was very happy to answer any questions I had. I’m definitely a lot more confident to choose the correct system for us now!

The demo was so useful and helpful and demystified the whole cloth nappy world! Useful summary but also directing towards sensible options for me. Highly highly recommend for anyone new to the world of cloth nappies!

This session was great as we received lots and lots of information which helped us understand the world of reusable nappies! The only downside is that there was so much information crammed into the hour slot that I felt a little overwhelmed and struggled to keep up if I got distracted for a minute or two!

Sophie was very lovely, she showed us all the options, also the recommendations that were given to us based on our criteria and discussed the pros and cons of each. Very interesting, especially if you are a little lost with all options as I was!
Sophie also answered my emails very quickly when I sent her questions in the following days.

After completing TNL questionnaire and receiving our recommendations for starting our cloth nappy journey my partner and I had lots of questions. This demonstration was the perfect place to ask these questions, find out more about the nappies recommended to us and explore the range of nappies available from TNL. It was daunting at first having other couples there but I soon realised this was helpful to compare our needs and expectations and make the right choice for us. Although the demo was PACKED with information, it was personalised to us based on our recommendation (we had already completed the questionnaire and received our recommendations). I did the group video demo with Sophie she was so helpful got tons of information and very understanding of my unsettled baby during the time of the video. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to start their reusable nappy journey so if like me it can all seem alot of information to take in just reading everything on the Internet but talking to some and having them show you the different types of nappies really helps and makes everything so much clearer.

Demo was excellent, we were complete novices and could ask all sorts of silly questions (including by email afterwards). We were overwhelmed by all the terminology when we started so was nice to have it simplified by an expert!

My husband and I were overwhelmed with the variety of reusable nappies on the market particularly as first time parents so signed up to the demo. Sophie explained all the different types clearly and we finally felt less dazed by it all. Our personal recommendation and explanation was beyond helpful and supportive and we took the plunge and ordered our recommendations from the experts (trying my best to forgot the pretty prints of others id seen!), there was no pressure to buy, but for us its one less thing on the list. The zoom demo was fantastic. The host was knowledgeable and guided us through all the different nappy options. Going through my individual recommendations was great but also having other families on the zoom and listening to what they were recommended was also really valuable and gave us opportunities to ask questions about different products. After the zoom we received a follow up email with all the details that were discussed and Sophie was brilliant at replying to all the queries we had. If you are thinking of using reusables, I would 100% recommend this demo!

I am so glad I signed up for the demo via zoom! Every possible option was talked through, each person attending was given the time to go through their recommendations from the survey and there was plenty of time for questions (nothing was too silly to ask!) It really helped me to get my head around where to start and I highly recommend it!

Although I'd already done the questionnaire and started using cloth a few months prior, I had been winging it somewhat for that time and wasn't too happy with the fit my chosen nappies were giving. Sophie was so helpful answering questions during the demo and for several weeks afterwards as I worked to get the fit better in my daughter. So glad I took the time to do the demo and get my confidence back with using cloth!
