Personal Shopping & Advice at The Nappy Lady
Would you like to see and feel your nappies before purchasing or maybe you would just like to chat through your planned nappy system to ensure it's right? We now offer personal shopping sessions at our warehouse in Mytchett GU16 6DL or virtual for those who don't live locally.
Your one hour shopping session will be with one of our knowledgable staff and will be a personal session for just you and your family. All our stock is at this location so if it's stock you can have a play with it
Which type of shopping session?
These are held at our Nappy Lady warehouse at GU16 6DL If you live locally or can travel to us this is the option for you. You'll have an hour in our warehouse exclusively for you to see and choose your nappies. Your personal host will help you build your nappy system and answer any questions you have. You'll be able to see and play with anything we have in the warehouse in stock. Everything is available for purchase for you to take away the same day, absolutely no pressure if you still want to go away and think about it but if you do want to buy we'll pack your order there and then.
If you don't live locally we can offer you a personal zoom shopping session. This is an hours zoom session where your warehouse host will help you build your nappy system and can show you any product from our warehouse. If you're ready to order they will process and pack your order as you talk through it. Your order will then be shipped to you the next day.
How much does a demo / shopping session cost?
Personal Shopping - is effectively free. Book your session on the website for £10 and at your shopping session you will be given a voucher for £10 to use against any order.
How to book?
1) Choose the relevant session you'd like to attend and add it to your basket.
2) Check out using the "Click and Collect" shipping option so that you don't pay shipping on your order.
3) You'll receive an email from your demo advisor prior to your session, confirming all the zoom log in details you need.
4) Attend your demo!
How to make the most of your shopping session?
Your shopping session works best when you have some specific nappies that you're considering. Before you come to your shopping session we'd strongly recommend you complete our free nappy advice questionnaire. Add a comment that you have a shopping session booked and we'll match your questionnaire up to your host. After completing the advice questionnaire you'll be sent a full recommendation of the most suitable nappies for your requirements. This then allows you to discuss these specific options at your visit.
I'm not a beginner and already have most of my nappy system, are these shopping sessions suitable for me?
Absolutely if you just need a few things but would still like to have that personal shopping time please book a session we love to talk nappies to everyone no matter where they are on their nappy journey.
Will All Nappies Be Available At The Shopping Session?
Our shopping sessions are held at The Nappy Lady HQ so if it's in stock it's in the building. Our website will show what is in stock and how many we have. If there is a particular nappy or product you'd like to see like to discuss let us know when you book so we can make sure we have it for you or set it aside if we're down to our last few.
How Long Will A Shopping Session Last?
Your host will have an hour dedicated to helping you.
Who will be my host and will Wendy be available?
Your host will be one of the ladies who work at our warehouse. Even if you aren't booked in with Wendy she is usually in the building and will stop by. All the team have specialities so once we know what you are particularly interested in we may recommend you change your host. Our team are as follows:

Sarah - Senior advisor & operations
Anna - Operations Manager
Jemma - Warehouse Supervisor & advisor (she will know exactly where everything is without having to look up the warehouse location!)
